CARLEIGH CARMODY graduated from Souderton Area High School in 2022. Carleigh joined the Marty's Salon team in 2022 as a shampoo assistant. She is now furthering her education at Lansdale School of Cosmetology studying to become a stylist! During her free time Carleigh can be found reading, embroidering and herding her five cats!
MYA STEICH is a student at Upper Perkiomen High School, graduating in 2026. She has been a part of the Marty's Salon team since 2023! Mya plans to attend cosmetology school after graduation. In her free time she likes to do hair, makeup and art!
KELSEY GLEASON graduated from Metro Beauty Academy in 2023 and is excited to be growing her career at Marty's Salon! She has been a part of the Marty's team since 2023. Outside of work she likes to spend time with her dog Brooklyn, her friends and her family. She also enjoys music, video games and on a day off loves to curl up and watch a new show or movie.

SARAH ROBINSON graduated from West Chester University in 2023 with her B.S. in Marketing. Sarah has been apart of the Marty's Salon team since 2017! She started in an assistant role and continued to grow into a role of the salons marketing director following her graduation. In her free time Sarah likes to read & go out for coffee!

DEB SLOTTERBACH graduated from R.I.T with a BFA and from C.T.I with a life coach certification. Deb has been a part of the Marty's Salon team for over 10 years! She started as an assistant and continued to grow into a manager role. Now that Deb's two sons are grown in their 20's, she enjoyed going to breweries with her husband Bryan and their dog Baxter!

MARTIN STILLWELL founded Marty's Salon in 2001. He attended Souderton High School and continued his education at North Montco Technical Career Center. He has been working in the industry since 1985. Marty focuses on the natural pattern of clients hair, to work with them to ensure an easy styling process. In his free time Marty can be found caring for his many plants or cooking.

RHYLEIGH PALMER graduated from Upper Bucks Technical school and joined the Marty's Salon team in 2023. Rhyleigh specializes in curly hair. Outside of the salon Rhyleigh loves to paint and read in her free time!
ELLIE COX is a student at Perkiomen Valley High School, graduating in 2024. She has been apart of the Marty's Salon team since 2021. After graduation Ellie plans to attend West Chester University to study communications! Outside of work Ellie loves all things beauty and is a cheerleader!

KAREN FERRIOLA graduated from Souderton High School and Empire Beauty School, where she is also an educator. She has been working in the industry since 2002. Karen specializes in dimensional hair coloring. Karen loves to create an effortless, natural look on her clients that requires minimal maintenance. Aside from work Karen is a mother of two boys. She loves to spend her time at the race track watching her sons go-cart. She is also an avid knitter and gardener.

She started in the industry in 2021 as an assistant and has been a Stylist since May 2022. She specializes in color services - specifically blonding services and is Bellami Extension Certified. Outside of work Sophia loves to go to the gym and read! She tries to send as much time outside as she can on her days off and loves to travel!

LAUREN SCANLON is a student at Souderton Area High School, graduating in 2026. She has been with the salon since 2023! In her free time she plays softball, going on bike rides and spending time with friends. She also enjoys doing nails and is interested in pursuing cosmetology post graduation!

High School and continued her education at Lansdale School of Cosmetology. India is a
L’Oréal Professional Color Ambassador and has a Mizani Aircut certification. She has been in the industry since 1986. Aside from work India enjoys baking and cooking, especially for family and friends. She also enjoys reading, music and art, her favorite artist being Gustav Klimt!
